The Timbers is located in the Pinery just south of the Town of Parker. The Timbers is reported to be the best selling Custom Home Community in the Denver Metro area.

  • Why do people choose to live in the Timbers in Parker, CO? Other than the incredible views of the front range, abundant wildlife (mostly mule deer all over the place), beautiful old Ponderosa Pine trees, rolling topography, the brand new Parker Adventist Hospital just up the road, great people, access to excellent schools for their children and easy access to the Town of Parker I really don’t know. Oh yes and The Timbers has some of the most beautiful Custom Built Homes along the entire Front Range!

1. Why are there so many homes on the market out in the Timbers at the moment?

Answer: This is a good thing for you if you are buying. The bottom line is that it takes a long time to design, prep and build a custom or semi-custom home. The builders unfortunately got a little ahead of themselves and had a lot of projects already moving forward prior to the real estate market slow down. So—now they are left with a little excess inventory on the market. Which by the way would have been gobbled up quickly just a few short months ago.

 

2. With all of the inventory is it safe to buy in the Timbers?

Answer: Now is without a doubt the best time to buy in the Timbers in the last 8 years. You may have gotten a bit of a better deal the day they opened their doors but I doubt it.
