Here is the June homes sold market report for The Pinery and The Timbers. Homes for sale in Parker, Colorado have been selling at a record pace compared to a year ago. This report shows all the homes that have sold and that are under contract in the Pinery and The Timbers from January 1, 2009 through June 9th, 2009.

It's been a good year for the Pinery so far let's hope it continues. The higher end homes continue to struggle but there are signs of life in luxury home sales. 

Status = S = SOLD and U = Under Contract

Concession Amt $ = The amount the seller paid back to the buyer towards their closing costs or pre-paid items.

DOM = Days on Market
