Please notice that a small section of Stonegate on the North side of Lincoln Avenue is actually located within the Lincoln Park District. There is significant changes going on within the Lincoln Park District HOA at this time.  They are managed by a separate management company from the Stonegate Village Metropolitan District which is mostly south of Lincoln Avenue. RS Wells is Lincoln Park District management company and from what I have learned a group of concerned Lincoln Park District residents are hiring an attorney to see if their management contracts have been fulfilled properly and that the homeowners are getting what they are paying for each month.
