If you don't like, families, world class golf, beautiful golf clubhouse, tennis, activities & social events, open space, miles of bike trails, and an awesome swim club then stay away from Canterberry Crossing. Everyone I have ever sold a home to in Canterberry Crossing has loved it. They love the area and they love the lifestyle. Homes are priced from the $200,000's to over $500,000. Located on the east side of Parker, Colorado Canterberry sits high atop the hills and offers wonderful sunset views from many areas of the neighborhood. Black Bear Golf Course is a great way to spend the day. I cannot go into too much detail here other than to say " just go play it." If I write too much it will make me want to leave work and take the sticks out for a round. This is the most up to date public information about the homes and real estate sold in Challenger Park Estates this year from Jan 1st, to June 22nd, 2009. Some say I need to post this only on a quarterly basis but I disagree since people are buying and selling all the time and need the information when they are ready to make that decision. Challenger Park Estates is located on the East side of Jordan Road in Parker, Colorado. There is an active HOA and thee are covenants and restrictions for this neighborhood. Parks and bike paths are located within the neighborhood howeve there is no pool. The neighborhood is ideally located against the Cherry Creek Bike Path for quick and easy access. Home prices in Challenger park Estates range from the $300,000's to over $500,000.
