Everyone I have ever sold a home to in Canterberry Crossing has loved it. They love the area and they love the lifestyle. Homes are priced from the $200,000's to over $500,000. Located on the east side of Parker, Colorado Canterberry sits high atop the hills and offers wonderful sunset views from many areas of the neighborhood.

Black Bear Golf Course is a great way to spend the day. I cannot go into too much detail here other than to say " just go play it." If I write too much it will make me want to leave work and take the sticks out for a round.

With 19 homes already sold and 9 under contract I would say Canterberry Crossing is off to a great 2009 year.

Golf Digest ranked the beautiful Black Bear Golf Course as one of Colorado's Top Ten Public Courses.  The privately owned, public course opened in 1995 and boasts some of the most dramatic signature holes in the state during its 18 holes.  Besides links features, a series of ravines and arroyos winds through the course, making it a haven for deer, antelope, fox and other wildlife.  There's plenty of space to practice at the driving range, practice putting green and practice chipping green.  Professionals offer help and a fully stocked pro shop and, after a superb round of golf, patrons step into upscale dining at Beckett's Table.  Note that the course is privately owned and operated but open to the public.
