Pradera Golf Community in Parker Colorado

There is little wonder why this parcel of Parker Colorado real estate has been such a hit with new home buyers. If you are offered the opportunity to play the golf course you better think up ways to get out of work in a hurry! Directions to the community: From I-25 and Founders Parkway in Castle Rock, take Founders Parkway 1.5 miles east to Crowfoot Valley Road. Turn left and go 3.4 miles northeast to the entrance of Pradera. Turn right on Pradera Parkway, go east to 1.4 miles, turn right on Bayou Gulch. Take the next right and the entrance to the club will be on your right.
