• Single Family homes in Parker CO for sale. This is the largest group and most widely sought after in the Parker area. You can expect to find builder track homes in established neighborhoods from around 1300 square feet up to full custom homes in Parker CO that are well over 6000 square feet. Prices range from the low end of around $200,000 up into the millions. You can expect a normal 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home inside a neighborhood (that is in good condition) to cost between $230,000 up to $400,000.

When I say land I’m talking homes with one acre or more and may or may not allow horses. The homes are usually located on the surrounding edges of town and most come with beautiful views of either the Colorado Rocky Mountains or the rolling prairie lands. Generally lots with nice trees receive more attention and fetch a higher price. The more land, trees and bigger the views the higher the price. Horses play a large factor too. Please make sure you hire an agent that knows the different types of wells and who to contact to make sure you are getting what is advertised. Just because there is a well on the property and the sellers are using it for outside purposes doesn’t mean it’s correct under Colorado Water Law. Buyer beware!

• Horse Property in Parker Colorado. Horses used to be the dominating creature in the Parker area. To this day they still play a large role in our livelihood in Parker Colorado. Horse properties range in price from the high $200,000′s to well into the millions. Land sizes can range from 1 or 2 acres, nice 35 acre parcels and into the hundreds of acres.
