Ok-Here's all the sold homes in Newlin Meadows for 2009. This is the first and second quarter home sales as reported through the Douglas County Records. With 13 homes sold so far this year and one selling for $472,000 I think the prices are holding steady.

As you know Newlin Meadows is a newer neighborhood in Parker, Colorado. Many of the lots have great views of the mountains and the new Rueter Hess Reservoir. If you are looking to buy a home in Parker, Colorado and can spend between $300,000 and $500,000 I highly suggest you take a peak at Newlin Meadows.
