This report shows all the homes that have sold and that are under contract in the Pinery and The Timbers from January 1, 2009 through June 9th, 2009.

It's been a good year for the Pinery so far let's hope it continues. The higher end homes continue to struggle but there are signs of life in luxury home sales.
