what home prices looked like for last year. 2008 was a rocky year in Parker real estate just as it was for the rest of the country. However Parker and Douglas County fared much better than most. Douglas County is a thriving highly educated community with hard working people. We have experienced a very low foreclosure rate compared with many counties and towns around us.
