My first attempt at property video. Video gives a better representation of the home for sale.

May not be the best quality HGTV video but I’ve had over sixty (60) views of this video from perspective buyers this week. That is serious exposure. I can document 5 showings generated just from this video this week. Yep we have had well over 5 showings in just one week.

12828 Arezzo Circle (a home for sale in Parker Colorado) is my first attempt at a full video of a property for sale. I definitly need more practice but in my opinion I think video (even amature video) gives a better idea of a property’s floor plan and TRUE size. Bubble photos from virtual tours are missleading and don’t give an acurate representation of a property. So I think going forward I will be shooting video of all the homes I list for sale. I’m feel confident with more experience my video quality will get better.
