May not be the best quality HGTV video but I've had over sixty (60) views of this video from perspective buyers this week. That is serious exposure. I can document 5 showings generated just from this video this week. Yep we have had well over 5 showings in just one week.

I definitly need more practice but in my opinion I think video (even amature video) gives a better idea of a property's floor plan and TRUE size. Bubble photos from virtual tours are missleading and don't give an acurate representation of a property. So I think going forward I will be shooting video of all the homes I list for sale. I'm feel confident with more experience my video quality will get better.
