As you know Newlin Meadows is a newer neighborhood in Parker, Colorado. Many of the lots have great views of the mountains and the new Rueter Hess Reservoir. If you are looking to buy a home in Parker, Colorado and can spend between $300,000 and $500,000 I highly suggest you take a peak at Newlin Meadows.

Everyone I have ever sold a home to in Canterberry Crossing has loved it. They love the area and they love the lifestyle. Homes are priced from the $200,000's to over $500,000. Located on the east side of Parker, Colorado Canterberry sits high atop the hills and offers wonderful sunset views from many areas of the neighborhood.

Black Bear Golf Course is a great way to spend the day. I cannot go into too much detail here other than to say " just go play it." If I write too much it will make me want to leave work and take the sticks out for a round.

Buying or selling homes in Idyllwilde is a no brainer. After a tough year last year buyers are now taking notice to the real value real estate has to offer here. Homes for sale in Idyllwilde took a minor beating last year mostly due to the builder Village Homes. They are reorganizing in bankruptcy but from what I hear all is good and they are starting to move forward. Remember this neighborhood was voted BEST Neighborhood in the city two years running. Idyllwilde is located in Parker Colorado and is loaded with some of the best amenities offered in any neighborhood in the Denver Metro. The pool, grounds and clubhouse are all top notch. If you are considering a buying a home in Douglas County you would be wise to explore Idyllwilde.
